I led Lingo's mission definition, brand vision and strategy, and directed the UI/UX design and brand communications. In practice that means defining what Lingo is for, how it behaves, how people experience it, and ensuring that every touchpoint, sensor, app, identity, messaging, adds up to a product people genuinely want to be part of.
Abbott's biosensor technology is among the most advanced in the world. The work is making that capability irresistible to the widest possible audience.
The result is a product recommended by Serena Williams and Andrew Huberman, reviewed by Wired, and used by hundreds of thousands of people taking control of their metabolic health.
Lingo sits within a broader program of work I lead at executive level inside Abbott, spanning identity, connected brand systems and product development across all divisions globally. It is the clearest expression of what that work is for: giving people genuine control of their health, and making that possible for more people in more places.
